Alright.... to say we've had alot of snow is an
understatement. I know I haven't blogged for
awhile, but I was waiting to take pictures of
something other than snow, but it hasn't left
us since Christmas. So here are a lot of pictures
of life in Reedsburg for the past couple of months.
I know it doesn't look like alot of snow on my roof,
but we had to actually get up there and rake the snow
off because there was so much snow and ice
that we ended up with a big leak in our laundry
room and a bit of water damage. Apparently
we are experiencing record snow fall for Wisconsin.
We have already passed the record for Madison
alone. Poor Sarah has to commute in this mess
to student teach. Anyway, we haven't seen the
sun for quite some time and are getting very pale.
Could someone please send us some sunshine:)
We have had sub-zero temeratures that are really
unbearable and are expected to have 30 to 40 degrees
below tomorrow (Sunday). The news said that it would
be dangerous for people to get out and go to church
tomorrow, so we will have to make a decesion about
our services. We have had to cancel a few services
this winter already due to winter storms, snow,
ice, 60 mile and hour winds, and sub-zero temps.
Did I mention that I love it here:) I keep telling
myself that, but actually I would rather be on a
beach in Hawaii right now:)
